Returns & Refunds

To request a return, contact VEISERZ within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Some items may be ineligible for return for health, hygiene, safety, personalization, final-sale, or regulatory reasons.

Do not ship an item back before receiving return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
